iSabel names Shail Barthwal as
Chief Commercial Officer

Singapore, 17 November 2022 – iSabel, a tech-led B2B SaaS healthcare company that helps organizations work through their workforce sustainability agenda by building a culture of workplace well-being, has named Shail Barthwal as its Chief Commercial Officer. He joins the leadership team with a focus on scaling the company’s global enterprise sales, strategic partnerships and client success functions.

Shail Barthwal brings over a decade of experience in leading commercial portfolios for technology firms, serving clients in the transportation, energy and defense industries. He is an advisor with Bain & Company where he provides strategy consulting related to business management, ESG and commercial excellence. He also provides mentorship to tech startups on commercial and go-to-market strategies at Techstars. He was recently chief commercial officer with Nido Robotics. Prior to this, Shail held various commercial & operational excellence roles in the marine industry for over 15 years.

Shail Barthwal’s appointment comes two months after Dr Rodrigo Rodriguez-Fernandez joined iSabel as Chief Well-being Officer. He leads the company’s evidence and science-based approach to workplace well-being across four pillars – mental, social, physical and financial.
